Method
- Heat oven to 425°F.
- Bake tots on a sheet pan 25–30 minutes, flipping once, until extra crisp.
- Sprinkle cheese (and optional beef/beans) over hot tots. Return to oven 3–5 minutes to melt.
- Top with pico, avocado, green onion, and dollops of sour cream (or drizzle Idaho sauce).
- Serve immediately while they’re crunchy.
